A submission of income taxation, which is calculated based on company’s business income and profit is due on the 10th of each month
Payment of contributions for SV for directors OPVSL must be done till the 15th of each month
Final deadline for payment of salaries, submission of REK-forms is on the 18th of the month
Reports for Bank of Slovenia, SN11, SN22, DVP, KRD, BST, submission of recapitulating report R-PO are due on 20th of the month
Submission of balance sheet reports for value added tax (DDV), reports about supplies according to 76.a article ZDDV-1, submission of balance sheet DFS, DMV, ZAP/M are due till the last day of each month
By the 5th of February 2022, information on the claim of the tax/customs relief allowance regarding family members must be submitted. The request may be made by income taxpayers who have not claimed special allowance for dependants during the year and those who have exercised the allowance during the year and wish to amend that information. All the liable persons will receive the financial calculation until the 15th of June of the current year.
The taxpayer is liable to pay tax on “global” profits from the disposal of derivatives (i.e. on profits from the disposal of derivatives that have a source in the Republic of Slovenia and on all profits from the disposal of derivatives that have a source outside Slovenia. The tax taxes the profits from the disposal of derivatives achieved in a tax year equal to the calendar year.
By 28th of February 2022, it is necessary to submit a statement of income tax on: income from the letting of property, interest on cash deposits with banks and savings banks, dividends and capital gains on disposal of shares, shares and investment coupons;
The deadline for the submission of annual reports and balance sheets is extended until 3rd of May 2022 due to the COVID19 epidemic.
